`of MAP Camp Part 1 (:

DAY 1 (:
arrived at church at like 8.15 AM :D and i thought i was gonna be late. i was REAL wrong :P sooo, after that, we left for Bukit Cahaya. the wind was blowing in my face, no, WHACKING it, on the way there (: haha (: soooo, i just updated mapes bout everything and all that. thenn, we arrived. guess wat, we had to walk ALL THE WAY in. tho not with our bags :D soo, we had a short opening session before putting our stuff into our huts. yess, HUTS. we saw a lizard! :SD screamed like mad, Wann, Bethh, Mape and i (: yess, they're my hutties :D haha and we culdnt find the switch thing and i kept playing with the fuse box :P after that, we played tons of games (: like big-blue-brown-blow-pop :D haha it was REAL farrniiee (: tho i did get seperated from the gurls. i was in Group 1 and they were all in Group 2. well i did have Li Yin and Chrisendra and Eunice so that wasnt too bad tho i felt a lil annoying during the games at sum ppl :/

after that, had lunch. and we learnt this MAPers camp song which was super-dee-cute :D

THEN.

we went to the hut to change and sleep fr a bit. wenttt.....abseiling and flying fox after that! :D haha 30 feet tower wei =0 woahh. :D haha (: we did this trust fall activity first ; quite funny :P thenn, we took turns. i did abseiling first. haha i was trying to delay my going down alrite. alot of us did ask the stupidest questions EVER just to delay it :D haha (: Jeff was reallii encouraging tho :D all were. and super-duper-uberly-nice too (: sooo, i managed to abseil! :D cheh. no big deal? haha big deal for me since it was my first time :D flying fox wasnt as scary since we dont need to do nethin (: haha :D AND, guess wat, according to Jeff, im the ONLY one that prefers abseiling! lawl! (: i had to walk a super-dee-long path to go bak to the place near the abseiling tower. but Bethh, Mape and Li Yin came to collect me! (: haha thankies gurls! :D

thenn, we went back to the huts. to shower and all. showering was G-R-O-S-S. reaaalll gross. the toilet had a frog in it, was full of mosquitoes, had sum retarded bug at the door with LONG antennas and :S. cant even continue. but i survived the shower! :D haha wann got bitten all over tho :S and there was a mosquito chasing mapes in the shower! :P guess wat? on the way back, a monkey attacked Bethh, mape, wann and i :S it pulled wan's pants and jumped past/into Bethh. AND their butts....are RED! :P and that one was HUGE. soo we changed and all. thenn wann left Bethh's shampoo in the toilet so we had to go back. but Mape and i just hung at the small waterfall thing with ARTIFICIAL rocks :P after that, had dinner. and the food thruout the camp was GOOODD (:

after dinner, we had this group thing. we played with mouse traps, which din hurt as bad aas the kayaks and oso with the nail thingi. after that...we had SOLO HOUR. diee wei :S and guess wat? yess, we had to go into the forest and stay at a spot ALONE for an hour. ONE WHOLE HOUR. with oni a mosquito coil and oso a poncho. i got like the WORST spot. it was uber-scary :S bushes in front of me and like sum "kediaman" thing at the back of me with summmore bushes. and i heard footsteps but no one came. andd sum person KEPT screaming which made me wanna scream. i kept telling myself to scream once the mosquito thing goes out and no one comes. wanna heard it all too :/ i felt like running to her cos i KINDA knew she was there. haha (: there were like SIX airplanes that passed that nite =0 mapes counted :D i kinda burnt myself. on purpose tho. haha (: i have sum dot on my hand now :P

we arrived bak at like 11 o'clock. had supper which was NICEE (: haha banana cake, sum other cake and oso Lipton Tea which was nice :D and i learnt how to play Tuki Tuki that nite! (: haha its FFFUUN :D then we went back to the huts. which was SUPER DARK. cosss we forgot to leave the porch light on! :P thenn, Michaella, Christina, Jia Qian and all came into our hut. was planning to play Tuki Tuki but ttak jadi-ed. so we sang Wann like 2 or 3 versions of the bday song :D thenn, we kinda shoo-ed them out :P haha we were suposed to sabo wann and put my body butter but we were all too sleepy :S AND, wann and i were trying to hide our faces INCASE mapes and bethh take pics of us sleeping :P haha (:

DAY 2 (:
i kept waking up in the middle of the night so i din get much sleep. and wann's alarm woke me up! :P haha sony ericsson ringtone! :D it was like 6.45 and it was raining :/ soo jason came by to the hut to tell us tht to meet at 7.45 instead. and i was like, uhh, we have a prob. she and i need to go to the toilet. so he came back later with ponchos :D michaella temaned us. it was SUPER-DEE-GROSS. tons, and i mean TONS of insects. michaella had to like FORCE me to peee? :P haha (: there was a dead dragonfly on the floor. and tons of flying stuff around! it was even gross to brush my teeth :/ soo, we headed back to the hut. lazed around, then went to eat brekkie. which i lked the teh tarik :D haha (: we taught jason how to play tuki tuki! :D it was soo farniiee and we created a neww one cos wann kept panicking when she was tuki-ed :D

thennn, we went kayaking in the drizzle. boy, was that an adventure (; we did this paddle game :D super fun :D haha we all stood in a circle with our paddles. thenn, we hafta to do the following if each number was said ;
1 : catch the left paddle
2 : catch the right paddle
3 : catch the next next paddle on the left
4 : catch the next next paddle on the left
5 : clap and turn and catch our paddle
:D it was super-dee-fun (: thenn, i was first paired with An Ting, which i was prettiee unhappie about, but it was okiee la (: she was nice and she helped me dispose of the furry caterpillar :D we were kayaking around and i kept freaking cause of the bees and caterpillars :P haha but it was prettiee funn la (: thenn, we got out of the area with all the plants and into the clear area with just water weeds below (oh the joy! :D) then we all gatthered together after we showed the raft up sign :D haha (: thenn, we got to switch partners! :D haha soo i ended up with maapeee! (: FINALLY! :D tht was the initial plan (: we learnt how to go right, left, and do a 180 degrees turn and all (:

thenn, we were challenged to jump into the water (if u were thinking it, YES, we had life jackets :D) soo alot of us did. Mape, wann, bethh, me, li yin and loads (: haha but it was HARD to get back onto the kayak. but fun all the same (: soo thennn, on the way back. ohhh (: haha. mapes and i were the last. cause we din wanna go thru the leaves that were ALL caterpillar-eaten! :/ and this was wat happened between the instructors and us :P
Me : is there anywhere with less caterpillars?
Jeff : everywhere has.
*justin throws petals at Mape, Mape screams :P*
Jeff : stop it la. you can just turn left and go straight from there.
Mape n i : okiee.

sooo we went left. and there were caterpillars! :/ later onnn. then mape was like, lets overtake them :D haha so we tried to (: but they got off FIRST! so we were REALLY the last. thenn, when we were waiting to kayak into the harbour, we saw caterpillars and spiders and i was screaming and Mape was like telling me, pretendd they arent there (tho we both screamed like craazizee earlier :P). then we were carrrying the kayaks, two of my fingers got kemek-ed :S reallll painful :/ thenn, we were asked to go shower. sooo, we decided to NOT shower. but to rinse :D haha cause i saw this shower head thing near the waterfall. so we went there, just to rinse. but then christina came with her NIICEEE sunsilk shampoo so we washed our hair and took loadsa pics and posed and all that (: haha :D

thenn, we quickly packed up, locked up, took a pic, returned the stuff and dumped our bags into the car. this is the part where i regret. i shouldve worn my adidas shirt if i knew i was gonna sweat soo much during orienteering! :/ anyway. i wore shorts and my padini top. we went to eat lunch and we saww a bat! :D haha (: thennn, went fr orienteering. i was in Group 4, so we left last. Michaella, Eunice, Jia Qian and i. Brian was our instructor. he's so nice ; he told us like where 3 or 4 markers were! :D haha (: thankies! :D the compass din help tho ; that sucked! the map oni helped. haha (: i got bitten all over my legs by mosquitoes. now i know how u felt on Day 1 waann! :P haha (: speaking of wann, she got bitten by a leech. luckily i din check down there cos i checked frm up :P

sooo, we found 5 of the 7 markers hidden :D it was kindaaa funn i guess but i like the other activites more and i would have LOVED to do archery :D haha (: oh well. (: thenn, we had a closing session. and we walked ALL THE WAY out again. there we had our bye byes, take pics, and ice cream :D thankies betthh! (: haha :D we took group piccies (: and that was the end of campp :D
haha and Jeff, you had quite a number of gurls goo-goo-gaa-gaa-ing over you! :P noope, not really me. :D
