AWARDS NIGHT! :)
yes, this year was NOT the blast, NOT the bomb, but it was something i do have to say :)
i woke up quite early, at like 8.45.
ended up leaving the house at like 10 to go get my hair done :D
i ate at this "chee cheong fun" stall in Lucky Garden, that has been there since like 8-9 years ago, or maybe earlier. and yes, i used to eat there when i was 4, 5 or so :) though the guy recognized mummy, he def didnt recognize me :D
i wouldve gone to my trusted and beloved Zach, who has NOT shifted to the TTDI outlet of Shawn Cutler, but then he was only free at 12 onwards and i had sound check at 11.30.
so i went to this other one.
it hurt alright.
but hey, beauty hurts! :)
i did feel like telling the dude to CHILL. but my hair felt squeaky clean, really, i heard the squeak! :D
sooo, i felt a tad bit unhappy with my hair at first, but i started to like it as it settled :)
sooo, sound check and bla bla bla passed like a breeze. played diner dash on jourdan's PSP, teehee :)
okay, so prelude wasnt TOO bad, but the chords were wrong, aahahahaha! :)
the pre-awards night time in the toilet was hilarious ; it was like : omgsh, does anyone have lip gloss? or blusher?/help me with my eye liner! etc.
teeheee, typical girls, all of us :)
awards night went pretty well i have to say :)
im proud of my dancers and of my close and loved ones that got awards :) the youth were supportive, woot! :D
but the bad thing of the night was that i couldnt hear myself during worship, but in actual fact, i was LOUD x)
after awards night, i rushed off to MV, to have dinner with the guys ; Mr Alex, Mr Mark and Mr JB :)
had an awesome time with them and BR and everything :D JB and his fries! :) *alex's theory*
overall, awards night was okay. no big, no small. but yeah :) i got what i worked for, meaning i can get half of my Darren Shan trilogy set already :)
and did i mention?!
