the awesomeness of day 1 :)
sooo, i woke up at 6 sth. was early. thenn, got to church at lk 7.20am. went onto the bus the moment i got thr. soo i sat with erj on the bus. the bus ride was CRAZY! =/ it was super duper wooopeerr long. =/ i oni arrived at shahzan inn at around 11.40am! =/ supposed to be thr at like 10 sth if im nt mistaken. i missed the scavenger hunt :( anyway, we got thr late cos we left church late. so we missed the gate! =/ the gate is a pain. oni opens at sum certain times. eee =/we got of the bus and walked around while waitin fr the gate to open again. so i drank a 100 plus, and ate nasi "______"(im nt sure if it was nasi lemak), pisang goreng(which was quite nice :D) and sum nuggets. funny nuggets tho. orange on the outside but YELLOW on the inside. haha =P
so when we got thr, i dropped my bags in the lobby and went to register. got my camp shirt. and my tag with other stuff. i LOVE my camp shirt! haha. its reaaaaliiiiii super duper wooper trroooppeerrr nice :D haha. in my books, tht is. i dun think im exaggerating =P haha. then, we had an opening worship session with a short msg. and then, went fr lunch. which was okie i guess. after that, went to check into my room. i was in...room 223 withh michelle, yuen xin and lets :) loadsa bugs decided to "stay the night" at our balcony. haha. soo, then, changed into shorts and headed bak to the ballroom to meet up fr the games briefing. i oni played one game actually. others had to play too. not juz me and frens.
the many games were : caterpillar (which i played), mr. potato, electric fence, tug-o-love, leaky pipe, toss balloon and i think there was one more. haha. cant remember =P
caterpillar = 12 ppl haf to tie one of their ankles together with everyone else and then haf to walk
around the hula hoops.
mr.potato = put the pringles on the forehead, then try to eat it WITHOUT hands. syiok betul! =P electric fence = haf to get over the 4 ft high rope without touching the rope.
tug-o-love = its actually tug-o-war. haha. but it was UNFAIR. the ground was uneven =/
leaky pipe = ppl have to stop the water frm coming out of the holes in the pipe so tht the ping pong ball can float up.
toss balloon = haf to toss the balloon with guli sacks(i think thts wat its called) =P
yahweh yellow, my group, din win any. bt we did try :) haha. well, its a kinda known thing tht yellow is the forever losing team =/ so after tht, we had talentime prep and free time. so i took a shower after my group's talentime prep. thenn, went fr dinner. at 8, we had ice breakers in the ballroom. the ice breakers was reali cool and unique :) all the youth and kids take a padlock. and fr the padlock, there are 3 keys tht can open it. and all the adults and the seniors had the keys. so we have to look fr our 3 keys and group with them :) my group was aunty theresa, uncle johnny and another uncle :D haha. thenn, we had vespers, which was led by MAF. then, stayede bak fr worship run thru. i gave lets the room key. then she and michelle went missing. and i had no room key =/ sooo, THANK GOD 225 is connected to my room and we opened the connecting doors, so i got to my room thru christel's :). thenn, went to sleep. but not early. was watching this funny show on TV3. =P haha.

us like, AGAIN! =Pi woke up at like 7.20, then 7.30, then 7.45 :D haha. took a shower, headed fr breakfast :) thenn, went to the ballroom fr morning worship. erj din arrive yet, so i sat outside the lift, alone, chargin my phone =P erj worship led, i played the keys. i dun like the keyboard. =/ has no "feel". =/but it was okiee i guess. tho my keys sound waas kinda funny. =S after tht, had a briefing and the kids went off fr the nature walk. adults and seniors stayed in the ballroom. then the youth went to another slightly smaller room. Uncle Andrew preached. :) he was REALI good. and i heard he gonna be our youth pastor :D i hope so. he like related video clips of finding nemo and ppl like michael jackson and all. so cool :D and he told his own story of him and Aunty Shally. :) haha.
thenn, had lunch and chilled cos we had alotta time till our next activity :) sooo, bel, sarah, erj, mei yan, ash and i, walked on the roof. =P haha. ash and i joined them later. we got to the roof by climbing out this window. it was funnn :D haha. and spontaneous ;) and YES, we DIN get into any trouble ;) at around 2, we had out next activity. fr the youth, u culd either choose the games of yesteryears or wrecked fashion. i wanted to do the games of yesteryears bt not even space fr michelle, let and i. so we did wrecked fashion. derek, li ching, ee kenn, michelle, let, and i did it. oni 6 of us tho there were supposed to be 7. but oh well. so, wrecked fashion. we were given limited resources : 2 t-shirts, one blue cloth, another silvery cloth, cellotape, stapler, paper cups and plate, forks and spoons and all. and we had to design according to our theme.
sooo, li ching came up with this idea of Sharp Gurl and Round Man. our theme was superhero :) haha. oour names had irony cos lk sharp gurl uses spoons tho she is called sharp and round man uses forks tho he is callled round. =P haha. blessed blue got the futuristic theme, genesis green, the oriental theme and romans red got the rockstar theme. :) all did well. especially bel. cool catwalk =P haha. it turned out to be more fun than i thought :) and our song fr the catwalk was pokerface! =P haha. :D mum came in during the fashion show and i tried the scones with FRESH strawberry jam she made : it was AWESOME! :) haha. all ppl with sweet teeth will LOVE it ;)
anyway, after tht, had talentime prep again. i was like OMGSH. =/ our talentime storyline seemed nt related to the topic in my opinion. and there was barely any humor so bryan, zhi wei, edwin and i were like trying to add humor bt not during prac. din think one of the captains wuld agree to our "youth" humor. then, went to room, had a quick shower and convo with jb, then, i went down fr dinner. quickly ate, went bak upstairs, hung around fr a while, then i went to change. into wat? my GB uniform =/ fr the skit. =/ the belt was tighttt =/ soo, we had the fashion show first, before the talentime. the talentime order was red --> blue -- > yellow --> green. soo, we did our skit. and then, we went to "sell cookies" at a house. then like zhi wei and i were supposed to do the talking. so the man asked : who are u? then we both zipped down our jackets and opened it to show our uniforms and were like : we are the GB and BB! :D
and then, sth happened. and it juz slipped out of my mouth. really =/ the guy asked : wat do GB and BB do? then i answered : we be awessomee :) OMGSH. wat an ans =/ thenn, when brian prayed : it was like our father in heaven, amen. then the crowd laughed. im shocked they laughed. one last bit of humor we tried to add, was, like when brian said squad, the newcomers reali squatt. haha =P and derek was like wearing this yellow piece of cloth on his hair(from the wreked fashion cloth), so he looked blonde. haha =P
after talentime, we had the J.A.M time :) it was reali nice. :D i felt the bond between everyone and juz everythin felt good :) i love my church! :D haha. and quite alotta ppl raised hands, which i guesss, is a big step fr my church, as we are actually methodists. bt yea. then we had the bday celebrations :) not ONLY the may babies were celebrated, all the ppl hu had bdays on either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd of any month, oso had their bdays celebrated :) so lets and i went (me = 2nd aug, lets = 1st feb :D). *sorry michelle, u were left sesated thr =/* thenn, we had the prize giving and prayer. my left eye started to hurt, and my contacts came out cos i rubbed my eye too much, so i went to the room to take out my contacts and change to glasses. *thanks michelle fr temaning me! :D*. thenn, had worship prac again. :) it was funny. the siblings and frens were playing "newspaper hitting on the butt" game. haha. =P
it wasnt as syiok as last yr. last yr, we all danced the night away. but tht was cos, there wasnt anyone staying in the building of tht ballroom. this one, we culdnt blast music and had to stop worship prac at 12am. soo then, michelle, let, ash and i went walking outside after tht. we took pics and all. =P haha. i ALWAYS believe in loving nature = taking pic of hugging the tree :D haha. when we were walking up this hilll, i saw this person, standing thr, looking at either our direction or the opposite, then after a while, he walked away. wonder hu tht was =/ ppl were watching football in the lobby. haha. and im BLUR. dun even noe hu was playing against hu. =/
thenn, was sitting outside the lift with michelle, let and ash. then eugene came to join us. i was actually sitting thr to charge my phone =P haha. and michelle and i were getting DESPERATE fr coverage and reception =P haha. then, denise came and joined us. she commented tht we looked like drug addicts. haha =P cos we looked tired i guess. and all were lying or sitting in funny positions =P then, rachel came and so did many other ppl. i heard sum ppl went ghost hunting on the fifth floor, the lvl to which the lift doesnt go to. ryan told me tht him and jeremy saw this white thing in the pitch black darkness. weirrddd and freeaakyy =/ but i dunno if its true. bt rachel was telling us freaky stories of ghosts and weird stuff. eugene and i were like trying nt to listen. haha =P
then the guys like hao zhong, ee rick and all were prank calling rooms and pretending to be the reception =P haha. funnyy man =P thenn, i got tired at like 1.30am, so i asked let to follow me to the room. so we went and juz chatted till like 2 sth. then we all went to sleep after tht. so TIRED =/

"newspaper hitting on the butt" game =Psooo, i woke up at like 7.15am =0 soo EARLY. was reaalii tired =/ so after michelle used the bathroom, i went to shower. the shower reali sucks. the thing isnt working properly, so my hair gets wet, when im trying not to wet it. =/ sighs. anyway, then, we went down fr breekiie at 8am. had to hurry, had to be upstairs fr ushering at 8.30am. soo, had a quick one. i drank my black coffee :D haha. i ate pancakes and sausages. the sausages are seriousli NICE :) haha =P thenn, sum of us did the order of worship thing. slipped in the survey forms into the order of worship. i was singing fr worship today, and my voice was BREAKING =/ die die die =/ and i read scripture today ; ephesians 1 : 16-20. i kinda acccidentally said lesson was lesshon. haha. but i did correct myself =P
had the special communion again. which was cool. thenn, we prayeed fr Pastor Malcom, hu had to rush off to Singapore. afteer tht, we finished early, Uncle Ti announced the acknowledgements. then, went to the room and packed. after tht, headed to mum's room. ah yee, mum, erj and i sat thr talking fr a long while :) then, we had to rush off fr the bus. which was SOOOO far down. near the clock tower! =/ *thanks paul, fr helping my zip my bag :D*. the bus din leave yet, so we were taking pics at the clock tower :) haha. so nice, li jian said he culd burn a disc of cds fr my sis and i if we want :D i waantt =P haha. but he took funny candids of me =/ especially the keyboard one =/ i was REALI frowning =S i hope it doesnt get shown to a large crowd next time.
anyway, the bus ride was SO uncomfy. culdnt sleep in the comfort. the road was bengkang-bengkok lk SO much. tht sum0ne puked. =/ hope he's okie. then, we stopped at sumwhere in Ulu Yam fr lunch. ate diff stuff. was quite nice :) haha. then, went bak to church. i dropped my bags in the loggia and went to the toilet. after tht, talked to li ching, ryan and erj fr a while. then daddy came so we left :)
im SO tired bt this camp was awesome :) tho not as syiok as the last, and i had a diff group of frens(ee kenn, michelle, edwin, zhi wei, eugene), i reali did enjoy it :) and i met new ppl :D
